About Us
ECOWorks is an independent ecology consultancy based in Stockport south Manchester, and with the support of fully licensed professionals we can provide nationwide coverage.
With over twenty years in the ecology and environment sector we have managed and delivered an array of development projects, spanning urban development to national significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs), landscape management and inland waterway regeneration initiatives.

At ECOWorks we pride ourselves in providing meticulous oversight during the construction phase of development projects for our clients.
We deploy seasoned professionals to ensure that ecological considerations and environmental compliance are strictly adhered to on-site. This includes monitoring construction activities in ecological sensitive areas, large scale devegetation works and habitat creation works.
Ecology Surveys
Ecology and environment play an integral role in current development projects. At ECOWorks we conduct surveys with fully licensed and competent surveyors ensuring your surveys are completed in line with best practice, to identify and assess their presence on your site.
Throughout the development and survey process, we provide invaluable insights into the presence and potential impact on species like bats, great crested newts, nesting birds, and other protected flora and fauna. Ensuring that your project remains compliant from inception to completion.
Land Management
ECOWorks can offer advice and sustainable solutions with an emphasis on permaculture, syntropic agriculture, and low-impact building practices.
